Serving with Lighthouse Christian Camp was a special experience I cherish deeply. This is a capital “C” Christian camp, where God is the focus of everything we do as we provide a free summer camp experience for less fortunate children. Each day we share the Good News through word and action, pouring out all the love we can onto these kids as we become their friends, and get to watch them grow in the knowledge of God’s love for them and be set free from the sorrows of this world. If you’re wanting to serve locally and to make an impact that’ll last a lifetime, then please consider serving through SendTN at Lighthouse Christian Camp!

"I went to Boston for a summer with the Gensend program. Our main missional strategy project was to do the groundwork research and surveys for a new church plant which will be called CoaH Newton. I personally recommend going on Gensend mission somewhere to really learn how to rest with God and intimacy with God, as that was the main take away from my summer. This summer was both good and hard but I think the Lord will grow you in a powerful way if you let him into your life."

" The opportunities that God has given me to do missions through the BCM has been amazing. Through BCM mission opportunities, I have learned so many things about missions. I define missions differently now. You do not have to go overseas or to another city or even out of your neighborhood to be on mission. We are called to be on mission wherever it is that God has placed us.The call of Christ is to be an everyday Spirit-led missionary. We are called to live a life on mission, not just go on the occasional week long trip."

"Going on a BCM Mission Trip was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I learned so much about God and my community through those trips. Beach Reach and Fall Break Missions truly opened my eyes to the mission field, and I would recommend that everyone go on a BCM trip at least once, if not many times, in college."

BCM Missions Recap
Fall Break Mission Trip @ Boston, MA

"My trip to Boston was truly life-changing and will stick with me for the rest of my life. What sticks out the most is how I was praying Saturday morning for God to give me just one person to talk to and to pray over, and my prayer was answered the first thing as we went out. The rest of the morning was spent handing out jackets to the local homeless community, and it was after that I finally surrendered my life to mission's work. This was my life mission trip, and it honestly was a perfect one to be the first" -Riley
Spring Break Mission Trip @ Beach Reach

"Beach reach was fun but also eye-opening. It really showed just how much the world needs Jesus and just how far a friendly interaction and a bit of Godly love can go. To see people who are maybe like you once were or like people you know can be very convicting, and it just makes you want to go out there even more." -Nohea
